Texans for Public Safety Solutions is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote public safety by enhancing state law enforcement and penal agencies’ opportunity to focus their limited resources on crimes that directly violate the life, liberty, or property of another. 

 

Our mission is to activate the state legislature to modernize the laws that are the source of current overcrowding and overspending in the Texas prison and jail population.
